one A Bottle of Bubbles or Vino

You can never go wrong with a bottle of wine or champagne for the hostess. Take it a step further and make a basket with all their fave craft cocktail ingredients, even better! Wrap it all up and Voila!, your host will be impressed.

Cheese and crackers are easy and everyone young and old loves this snack! Take your gift to the next level and add a cutting board with a mason jar of local preserves or local honey.  Add in a fun and functional basket and clear wrap to finish off the look!

3 Bread and Olive Oil

A loaf of bread paired with Olive Oil is perfect and yummy! Artisan breads and olive oils are pretty easy to find at your local Whole Foods. Tie up the bottle and loaf of bread with some ribbon and a tag before you go!  Have time for that extra special touch? Make your own, handwritten tag for that true Provençal style and elegance.

4    Flowers or a plant

Picking up fresh flowers or a simple green plant or fresh herbs is always a thoughtful gift. There is a reason why this gift is the go to gift for last mintue runs to find something to treat your host. Take it to the next level by wrapping in tissue and ribbon and adding a handwritten label to say thank you.

5 Candle

A gorgeous, artisan candle is always a wonderful gift. Source a fun local, go to brand and pick a few favorite scents that appeal to most everyone. A cute pack of matches to go with it is also a nice touch!  Always smart to stock up on a few sets of fun match boxes here and there, and KF always advises to have a couple candles on hand as well.  One can never be too prepared!
