Winter is the time for textural pieces. From velvet to suede to knits and more your outfit can have the layers of different textiles all with different feels. Suede is usually associated with fall however it’s great for all the cooler months to come. KF shows how she styles suede to make it cool this winter.

Much like when designing a room, mixing a few textures together result in the ultimate layered look. It adds definition and interest for the ultimate fashionable outfit.

KF worked with Estate Life Magazine and local resale boutique Clotheshorse Anonymous to style out an outfit that is definitely swoon-worthy and striking. Alice and Olivia burnt orange suede leggings, a cream knit poncho over a cream sweater, black Saint Laurent booties and a cheetah print oversized bag. Layering is key when dressing this time of year, where the weather can sometimes be all over the place and then some.

When styling this look, less is more. The clothing is a statement within itself, adding classic black booties, cream cat eye glasses and then a simple pop of a popular print is all it needs to look and feel complete.
