Buffalo Chicken Baked Potato

Yummy baked potato boats – use a crock pot to bake buffalo chicken in all day.  When you get home, a few baked potatoes warmed in the oven and cut open are the perfect bowl for yummy buffalo chicken. Add avocado bites for a delicious touch.

Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet potato fries are amazingly delicious and have half the calories of regular regular fries! Bake in the oven on 350 for 30 or so minutes with salt and pepper to get that crispy taste.
